Nomination of new Non-Executive Director

Aristocrat Leisure Limited (ASX: ALL) announced that Bill G. Lance Jnr has been nominated as a Non-Executive Director of Aristocrat Leisure Limited (the Company) effective today, subject to receipt of all relevant regulatory pre-approvals*. Shareholders will be asked to elect Mr Lance as a Non-Executive Director of the Company at its Annual General Meeting in February 2023, subject to the receipt of all relevant regulatory pre-approvals. Aristocrat Chairman Mr Neil Chatfield said, “I am delighted to welcome a Director of Bill’s calibre to the Board.
