The Workplace Experience Team (WE) at Riot is just that - Rioters' experience in the workplace. We are a diverse group of disciplines focused on how Rioters engage with our workplace. This includes Physical Security for our safety; Facilities Operations for our buildings and maintenance; Food and Events programs for daily engagement; and Occupancy Planning to help us understand how we occupy our world and ways to improve it.
As the Workplace Partner II, Global Physical Security (PSEC) and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing in-office security products, safety measures and protocols to protect Riot's company assets, Rioters (employees), and Riot facilities worldwide. The successful candidate will report to the Sr Manager, EHS and PSEC and work closely with the global Workplace Experience (WE) team as well as cross-functional teams, security vendors, and external partners to ensure the effective definition, implementation and management of in-office physical security services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of security and safety measures that support physical security, and stay on top of services that modern organizations rely upon.
Responsibilities:For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes your fellow Rioters, who are the customers of your work. Being a dedicated fan of games is not necessary for this position!
