Job Description

Gameloft is very well-established in the Workday ecosystem, having been one of the first Finance customers in France in 2018, and implemented Core HR in 2022 and Talent / Performance / Advanced Compensation modules in 2023.

Reporting to the Workday Product Manager, you will join a team of experts working on Workday HCM & Finance modules. Your main responsibility will be to strengthen and enhance Workday HCM modules. This is an exciting and diverse role involving many responsibilities!

What you will do:

  • Work with Business Process Owners to recommend and implement enhancements and best practices that help automate, build efficiencies, enable self- service, and eliminate manual processes
  • Support the assigned functional areas including gathering user requirements, design, configuration, coordination of user tests and implementation in production
  • Analyze Workday bi-annual releases to perform non-regression tests, assess the impact on existing configuration and suggest new enhancements
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for HR
  • Maintain security domains and security groups, including assignments to users
  • Build audits and alerts to check data quality, identify discrepancies and establish plans to address them
  • Coordinate with the other Workday module owners to ensure a shared governance and alignment among all modules.
  • Act as functional expert and operational contact to provide user support
  • Maintain documentation for employees, managers, HR and the Workday team
  • Assist in the development of a change process, communication and training
  • Conduct monthly HR Community meeting and weekly meeting with regional HR referents
  • Ticket management (bugs, questions, evolutions)
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in configuring Workday HCM, including tenant, business processes, security, reporting
  • Previous exposure to Performance, Talent and/or Advance Compensation will be a plus but is not mandatory

  • A good understanding of HR processes and ability to maintain information confidential
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working in a international environment
  • A customer service mindset and approach
