Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented ServiceNow developer to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with Aristocrat. Incumbent will be responsible for functional analysis, OOB configuration, technical development, and providing support for ServiceNow HRSD application. The HRSD application will be heavily used by P&C (People & Culture) team globally and will be business critical.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with SMEs, business and external vendors (when necessary)
  • Discuss, analyze and estimate requirements for projects/ CSIs / minor enhancements
  • Develop and deliver sustainable solutions for ServiceNow HRSD module using Agile/ Scrum methodololgy
  • Provide support for technical issues/ bugs and fulfill service requests
  • Follow change control procedures for production deployment
  • Perform system clone and maintenance of different ServiceNow instances
  • Assist in testing efforts related to ServiceNow platform upgrade
  • Stay current on Aristocrat's utilization of ServiceNow and changes to it due to upgrades
  • What We're Looking For

    Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
  • Minimum of 6+ years experience in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration and development
  • Overall 6-8 years of IT experience
  • Extensive hands-on experience in HRSD module
  • Strong experience in designing catalog items and developing complex workflows
  • Proficiency with Scripting in ServiceNow involving GlideAPIs, JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions and Access Control Lists (ACLs)
  • Ability to design and configure ServiceNow reports and dashboards
  • Experience with providing functional and technical support to business and liasioning with ServiceNow Support (HI)
  • Testing experience with proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Desirable:

  • Working knowledge of ITSM/ Discovery/ Vulnerability Response module
  • Experience developing and delivering using Agile/ Scrum methodology
  • Ability to document technical specifications as user stories and tasks
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Self motivated with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to cross-train team members
  • Open to learn new technologies / ServiceNow modules
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Cerified Implementation Specialist – HR (CIS - HR)
