Your mission:
As our Technical Designer, you'll help develop and deliver high-quality
gameplay assemblies for our AAA projects, across our high-profile co-
development partners. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing
game designs and iterating them into high-quality playables for our partner's
games. You will also be acting as an interface between our design and
engineering teams, by helping develop, iterate and maintain new features and
tools before they are deployed to the rest of the team.
What you'll be doing:
The work could be at any stage of a game's gestation, from concept and
prototype, through mid-development, to soft launch and live updates
You will embrace and exemplify MPG's Design methodology: championing
quality and with a deep understanding of the client's design process
You will display cross-discipline expertise and act as an interface
between design and engineering
You will act as a technical expert on the topic and ensure the tools,
documents, technical support and dissemination of best practices
Periodically provide feedback, including suggestions to improve tools and
methods, bugs, etc
As an expert user, help test new features and tools before they are
deployed to the rest of the team
Carry out production tasks as a game designer and prototype the gameplay
features during game design
Design and implement elements that are more complex, abstract or
technically challenging and which impact the entire game

Passion for making and playing a broad range of games
Previous experience in technical design, scripting or level design on at
least one published title
Excellent verbal, written and diagrammatic communication skills and

Proven ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines
A shipped multiplayer game that you worked on from pre-production to
