As a Tax Analyst for Keywords Studios, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the company's tax obligations are met with utmost accuracy and efficiency. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or Post graduate Degree from a reputed university/ Semi qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • Upto 2 years of experience in tax/accounting profile (preferably in companies with Global Tax Centre in India)
  • Should be a good team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Should have the ability to work in a systematic manner, including organizing and refining data.
  • Excellent communication skill & able to work with people from different geographies.
  • Role and responsibilities

  • Supporting operating companies worldwide with the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing local file (including TP forms as per local laws)
  • Supporting with the collation of information to respond to tax and transfer pricing enquiries worldwide and liaising with external advisors as required
  • Supporting intercompany recharge booking
  • Supporting group tax accounting
  • Support in computation of taxable income of Group's foreign entities in compliance with local tax rules, including Current/Deferred Tax Accounting and group tax provisioning.
  • Continue to seek opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
  • Supporting other group tax assignments
