This position is based in Paris.


You will be the only person responsible for recruitment at WeMoms, managing it from A (from sourcing) to Z (to offboarding) .

You will be tasked with recruiting a diverse range of profiles, including Techs, Sales, and Creatives, from Interns to Top Profils.

Your main responsibilities would be to :

  • Define a large-scale sourcing strategy (e.g. identification of the best recruitment channels, KPIs…) to achieve our objective: recruit the best profiles
  • Manage and design the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive and distinctive candidate experience (formalization of job descriptions, scorecards, templates, business cases, interview framework, etc.) incl. :
  • Source for the best profiles on the market
  • Promote the employer brand and WeMoms' values (LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, etc.).
  • Communicate results effectively to WeMoms' Top Management, ensuring transparent and insightful reporting for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor by staying abreast of new trends in talent development and innovation.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes with the assistance of our Office Manager to ensure the best possible arrival / departure for our employees.
  • Profile

  • 5 years of experience in recruitment in a start-up/scale-up environment or in a recruitment agency (having managed large volumes of recruitment)
  • Successfully recruited more than 100 profiles
  • Previous experience in recruiting tech profiles or, more generally, in a start-up environment
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to articulate how WeMoms is an amazing adventure to attract and convince candidates
  • Storytelling skills to attract candidates
  • Structured and autonomous
  • Hackers Spirit - You know how to find effective solutions independently, sometimes with limited resources.
  • Instinct for spotting and unearthing talent
