Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the information technology and computer systems in
Singapore and other regional studios.
Implement and ensure the continuous operations of KWS IT requirements,
integrating with the Global IT infrastructure and operating procedures.
Work closely with IT Operations Manager to support all systems-related
aspects of the business-as-usual activities.
Keep up to date with the latest technologies and make recommendations for
technology growth.
Identify problematic areas and report on them.
Develop and/or improve upon existing IT solutions and procedures.
Requirements
A relevant degree with experience in a similar capacity.
5+ years of experience in an IT role delivering infrastructure,
application, and IT service support preferred.
Strong experience with Windows oriented infrastructure.
Strong experience with virtualization technology: Hyper-V / VMWare.
Strong experience in troubleshooting desktop issues: DNS, DHCP, GPO,
Network, VLANs.
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Windows 10, Windows. Server
2016/2019, Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong collaborative skills.
Good verbal and written English communication skill.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, complex environment, while
using good judgement to prioritize tasks.
