  • For the Player Support Agent position we most often need bilingual candidates who are fluent in English plus another foreign language (other than Polish). Our dream candidate will have excellent communication skills in both of these languages and be able to provide exceptional customer service to the gamers. This is an entry level role, so you can still apply even if you're not experienced yet and start your career in this exciting and growing field with us! For the position of a Moderator , we are looking for individuals with strong written and verbal communication skills, great decision-making skills and stress resilience. An ideal candidate would have the passion for video games and social media, good knowledge of MS Office Suite and (optionally) some community platforms (e.g. Discord, Slack). Experience in managing or moderating an online community, either professionally or in your spare time could be an asset here!

    Our main requirements:
  • Fluency in English and another foreign language (other than Polish). C1-C2 linguistic mastery would be the best, with an emphasis on written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite apps.
  • Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week which may include weekend-days (Saturday and Sunday).
