Software Development Manager

We're looking for a Development Manager to work with our Agile teams within our Games Platform. The Games Platform consists of multiple teams who create a world class, high performance, scalable and feature-rich games platform for beautiful, performant and robust games which provide a fantastic experience to our Players. We use modern software engineering techniques and technologies, support our teams to continuously improve the team's practices, processes and skills. We put an emphasis on learning and development with regular training sessions, and champions in the teams who focus on topics such as software performance, TDD and Continuous Delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of software development with our Third Party Integration Teams. The teams are based in Ukraine. Working from the conceptual phase to the testing phase using the latest tools and technologies. You will work with your teams to deliver elegant solutions and to resolve difficult problems using Agile methodologies to deliver high- quality software with frequent incremental releases of software. We encourage our developers to be polyglot developers, who embrace learning and contributing to the most suitable technology for the problem.
