PTW is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social
media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original content,
managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our image in a
cohesive way to achieve our marketing and PR goals.
As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest
social media trends and technologies. You should have excellent communication
skills and be able to express our views creatively.
The ideal candidate for this role should be able to handle our social media
presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and engagement. They will be
passionate for the “art” of marketing and the video game industry, and will
have an abundance of ideas for delivering creative B2B marketing effectively.
You will be working with our regional marketing leads, our in-house graphics,
content and video teams, and the business development leads.
Responsibilities
Design and implement B2B social media strategy to align with business
goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original
text, photos, videos and news)
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics from social media.
Collaborate with other teams, to collate content and ensure brand
consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and
monitor reviews
Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. cover images, profile
pictures and layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like
promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media,
design tools and applications
Requirements
Requirements · 2/3+ years of experience in marketing. Proven work
experience in Social Media. Preferably in the games or in tech with social
products or platforms. · Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience),
in marketing, English, business or relevant discipline · A strong
understanding of B2B marketing · Knowledge about games and the video game
industry · Hands on experience in content management · Excellent
copywriting skills · Working knowledge of creative and content creation
tools e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite · Knowledge of online marketing channels ·
Familiarity with web and digital design · Excellent communication and
people skills · Analytical and multitasking skills
