Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate to fill the role of Services Marketing Manager within the Keywords Studios Global Marketing Team. The Team is a key driver for business growth and transformation and we strive to deliver world-class marketing at all times.

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, the role of the Services Marketing Manager is to actively participate and contribute to the overall Services Marketing strategy and positioning in collaboration with the wider Services and Studio Teams. A primary objective is to drive awareness of the benefits we deliver clients around the full game development cycle through our broad portfolio of leading services and integrated network of studios.

Please note that the location of this role can also be Montreal (Canada), Katowice (Poland) or London (UK).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Services Marketing Manager will contribute to the services marketing strategy and positioning, driving awareness of the depth and benefits of Keywords Studios services platform and individual service lines globally through relevant campaigns and content, event activities and sales team engagement. They will work closely with all of the marketing team, to ensure our long and short-term services goals are met.

Key areas of focus will include:

Active contribution to the overall services marketing strategy

  • Research and understand in detail Keywords' platform capabilities, service offerings, technologies, studio network and related activity to contribute to the progression of the overarching services marketing strategy in collaboration with the Global Marketing Director and Services Team Leads.
  • Understand the services roadmap and goals as well as the related services plans. Liaise with the wider Services Marketing Pillar Team to develop supporting services campaigns, plans, specialised programmes and content for prioritised areas and execute in collaboration with the Sales and Services Teams.
  • Ensure all related activity is measurable on an ongoing basis, with defined and agreed KPIs.
  • Working with internal and external partners

  • Work closely with the Services Teams, Studio Teams, Sales Operations, agency partners and wider marketing team to deliver effective programmes of work to deliver on the services marketing strategy.
  • Drive awareness of our service offerings internally, engaging with the Internal Communications Department as needed to help amplify the message.
  • Services Programmes

  • Manage and drive the wider success story programme across the group, deepening awareness of the challenges we solve for clients and the services solutions that we deliver.
  • Liaise with Sales, Services and Studio teams to scope and deliver a series of programmes and strategic initiatives to help achieve related awareness and financial goals.
  • Services thought leadership campaigns

  • Plan services thought leadership campaigns with marketing campaigns lead, positioning Keywords as a true leader in the gaming and entertainment space.
  • KPIs, Performance measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyse, track, and report on services related activity and effectiveness across touchpoints
  • Drive a programme of continuous improvement to benefit from learnings and optimise results related to services marketing activity.
  • Requirements
  • At least 4-5 years' experience in a B2B Marketing role supporting services or product activity across multiple countries.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support services or product marketing related activity.

  • Ability to multitask and manage own workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a solid interest in learning about our service offerings and the value delivered across the game development cycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of developing effective product or services campaigns and related content with an understanding of the digital platforms utilised for optimising a successful rollout.
  • Ability to effectively present at senior management and executive level.
  • Experience with performance measurement and related marketing tools.
  • Proven ability to manage product or services marketing initiative
  • Experience collaborating with multiple and remote teams
  • Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to work within team deadlines.
  • Strong communication and team skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Open to some international business travel.
