Summary

This position is a lead role in the application management of the HR Service Delivery module of ServiceNow. The individual in this role will lead the design, manage development and maintenance of the ServiceNow HR platform to ensure best experience for our People and Culture Operations team and employees.

This role will partner with IT ServiceNow technical staff, including but not limited to being the first point of escalation and managing assignments from the product backlog.

What You'll Do
  • Develops the ServiceNow HR product vision and consults with P&C Operations leadership team to ensure alignment with Aristocrat's strategic objectives.
  • Initiates all project efforts related to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module and partners with IT ServiceNow technical team to ensure successful execution of solutions.
  • Administers all aspects of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) product requirements.
  • Monitors health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
  • Develops and maintain reporting capabilities within ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) including SLA metrics and dashboards.
  • Responds to issues and implements immediate resolution efforts to ensure an optimal end-user experience.
  • Captures business needs and clearly communicates them to the technical team.
  • Manages stakeholder expectations regarding request status, priority, and estimated completion of initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Partners and escalates issues to vendor and third-party entities, as necessary.
  • Creates documentation for the platform and prepare training materials for ServiceNow users.
  • Stays up to date on current functionality and administers new releases and enhancements as appropriate.
  • What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of product owner experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module – ability to understand out of the box functionality vs customization.
  • Ability to gather business requirements, understand business needs and translate technical requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Exposure and understanding of the HR/P&C function.
  • Take ownership of the ServiceNow P&C/HR projects delivery from intake to implementation to training and value realization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management experience.
  • Demonstrable success communicating, consulting, influencing, and building relationships at all levels in an organization with an emphasis on promoting a culture of positivity, teamwork and results
  • Highly self-sufficient, skilled at leading in ambiguity, and making impactful, data-driven decisions in a high speed, performance focused organization.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule when workload warrants.
