Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Develop SEO/CRO strategies for multiple projects.
Coordinate with different teams (developers, designers and other
stakeholders) to manage and execute SEO/CRO campaigns as well as tracking
system on website.
Monitor SEO/CRO performance on a regular basis, as well as maintain
SEO/CRO reporting flow.
Troubleshoot issues when needed.
SEO Expertise:
Plan & prepare SEO proposal as well as strategy.
Execute full website audits (technical, on-page and off-page) and
proposals with an aligned content strategy.
Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives
to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
CRO Expertise:
Plan & Prepare CRO proposal in collaboration with stakeholders and
strategy based on thorough website data analysis.
Monitor tests and results interpretation, as well as communicate our test
results to stakeholders.
Reporting:
Provide insights and analytical support to different internal business
stakeholders.
Coordinate with Performance team to create SEO/ CRO reporting flow for our
clients.
Team Coordination:
Continuously coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to
ensure the highest work quality.
Perform other related duties, special projects and assignments as
required.
Other related duties include email marketing, & website reporting.
Qualifications
Proven experience with SEO & CRO and content marketing, minimum 2-3 years
of experience.
Knowledge of standard and current best SEO practices.
Familiar with relevant SEO tools (Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs…) and
relevant analytic tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google
Tag Manager,…).
Solid experience with Optimizer or another corporate A/B testing software.
Excellent communication skills & capacity to work in an international
environment.
Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
Excel skill is highly appreciated.
Knowledge of SEM is a plus but not mandatory.
A solid understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript is a plus but not
mandatory.
