Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of
the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are
expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.
Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is
our new project being developed with Square Enix; Bifrost, Victoria and Dagger
are projects we're growing in the self-publishing model. We also have one
project in the concept phase – Red; as well as two projects in VR technology –
Green Hell VR and Thunder - a new project based on one of the IPs from the
Group's portfolio.

Job Description
Responsibilities
Work closely with animation, design, and programming team to develop and
integrate animation data
Set guidelines and have a proactive role in communicating between all
involved departments
Set guidelines and provide feedback on all rigged assets while paying
attention to performance issues
Create animation state machine using Ue5 blueprint as well as cloth, and
physics
Work closely with the art department to provide best practice on all
character related meshes to ensure a high quality standard
Help identify tools and work with engine and project leads for continuous
improvement of pipeline
Qualifications
Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine animation blueprints/state machine setup
Experience with runtime animation tools, techniques, and capabilities
Familiarity with Unreal Engine cloth, Niagara, Havok
Familiarity and proficiency with rigging
Familiarity of mocap workflow
Proficient with Maya and Motionbuilder
Minimum 5 years experience in technical animation, tools and pipeline
development
Professional experience working on AAA titles
Strong understanding of anatomy and body mechanics
Excellent communication skills to clearly provide technical feedback for
tasks, rigs, toolsets and documentation
Knowledge of current and future technology trends in video games industry
Nice to have
Knowledge of Python scripting
Knowledge of facial rigs - Metahuman for games, or custom rig for
film/television
Modeling and material shaders
