Overview

As a Senior Product Owner at Product Madness, you will lead the charge in defining our game products' vision, strategy, and roadmap. You'll work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring our games exceed player expectations and align with our company's goals.

What You'll Do

Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our games, aligning it with the company's overall objectives.

Roadmap Management: Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and updates based on player feedback, market trends, and business goals.

Feature Definition: Collaborate with game designers, developers, and artists to define detailed feature requirements, ensuring they align with the product vision.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, player preferences, and competitive products to inform decision-making and keep our games competitive.

Player-Centric Approach: Champion the player's perspective and advocate for their needs throughout the development process.

Iterative Development: Embrace an agile development methodology, ensuring regular iteration and improvement of game features and content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, artists, and QA testers, to drive successful product development.

Data-Driven Decision-Making : Utilize analytics and player data to inform feature decisions and adjustments, with an emphasis on continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality and player satisfaction through thorough testing and feedback loops.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the gaming industry.

Strong passion for games and an understanding of player behavior and preferences.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with agile development practices.

Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and the broader gaming market.
