    WHO YOU ARE

  • You prioritize fostering a healthy, high-functioning, and transparent work culture with your teams, vendors, and partners (both external and internal central team partners).
  • You believe outsourcing is a critical component in modern game development, and you thrive establishing strong pipelines across a diverse set of disciplines.
  • You are excited about helping others find the processes that work best for them. You love working on refining processes to help others succeed in what they do.
  • You believe that learning is a pillar to any effective team, frequently experimenting on how to improve and never getting stuck on a specific way of doing things if others propose alternatives.
  • You can draw complex information from teammates and vendors to forecast where we're heading, spot trouble that might arrive, and help the team address it.
  • You're humble enough to learn from your teammates & players, especially when it's hard to.
  • You champion great organization and communication skills to help the broader team stay aligned.
  • WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Partner with your teams to successfully drive high velocity, high impact development cycles, balancing short-term needs and long-term vision.
  • Coordinate dependency planning across our studio, internal central teams, and outsourcing vendors, identifying gaps and risks to build mitigation plans.
  • Lead roadmap planning activities for your teams, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations and resourcing.
  • Collaborate with team leads to determine and deliver on external development needs.
  • Leverage your knowledge of vendor management to identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows with our external and cross-functional partners.
  • Perform vendor quality reviews with internal teams and assist external partner communications and performance feedback.
  • In collaboration with internal partners such as our Legal and External Development team, manage vendor contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of related game development experience in a production or similar role.
  • Experience working with vendors and co-development studios on feature and/or content development.
  • Experience working with a variety of modern software development production processes (e.g. Agile).
  • Experience with project tracking software (e.g. JIRA).
  • Experience building out capacity plans, forecasting projections and updating schedules/roadmaps for cross-discipline game features and/or projects.
  • Effective at communicating, both written and verbally, with a wide variety of people and skill sets both inside and outside of the development studio.
  • Experience leading and functioning in ambiguous, collaborative environments.
  • Experience maintaining excellent relationships with, and proven ability to lead meetings for, a variety of stakeholders.
  • OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

  • A people-centric culture founded on respect, trust, approachability, and accountability.
  • A stable home that values your potential, deeply cares about your work- life balance, and is committed to investing in your craft and long-term career.
