Keywords Studios is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior HR
professional to join our team. As a Senior HR Generalist at Keywords Studios,
you will play a crucial role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with
our business objectives and needs. Your responsibilities will include
enhancing staff performance, supporting employee training and development,
planning strategic HR initiatives, maintaining staff relations, and enhancing
recruitment efforts.

Your Responsibilities
Align staff to business objectives and enhance staff performance
Support employee training and development initiatives
Plan and execute strategic HR initiatives in collaboration with the HR
Operations Team Lead
Maintain positive staff relations and ensure compliance with local labor
laws
Enhance recruitment efforts and contribute to employer branding activities
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
Prepare and administer HR-related legal documents
Utilize HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits administration
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees and line
management
Collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships,
morale, productivity, and retention
Work with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and completion of
projects and assignments
Onboard and integrate new employees into the company culture and policies
Build strong relationships and foster communication and transparency
across entities
Plan and coordinate community involvement programs and employee
recognition initiatives
Support the implementation of diversity and inclusion programs
Contribute to projects aimed at fostering a sense of belonging within the
organization
Your Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 6 years of experience as an HR professional in multinational
companies
Proven experience in training and development projects in a multinational
environment
Strong understanding of business functions and the ability to align HR
initiatives with business objectives
Advanced knowledge of local employment laws (Italy)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
Proficiency in using HR software and MS Office, particularly Excel
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
Integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business
functions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic
thinking ability, and strong organizational skills. In addition, the candidate
should possess a degree in a relevant field, at least 6 years of HR experience
in multinational companies, proven experience in training and development
projects, and advanced knowledge of local employment laws. Italian mother
tongue and excellent English language skills are also required. Proficiency in
HR software, MS Office, and strong project management skills will be highly
valued.
