Fan-first creative agency Waste Creative is looking for a Resource Manager to join their award-winning team and to facilitate the smooth running of work through the studio. Allocating the work to the right people to ensure work is delivered smoothly and on time. You will be managing the workflow across multiple teams at Waste and will therefore need to juggle multiple projects and deadlines being flexible to change. You'll be working with the current Resource Manager to have a holistic view of the studio, understanding capacity and priority across the different teams. This role will require you to work well in a team, having strong communication skills within both the resource team and with Senior members of staff across the business.
