RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with hiring managers on staffing requirements.
Plan to achieve recruitment KPIs (based on project timelines).
Craft and update job descriptions.
Source and screen suitable candidates from various channels.
Schedule interview arrangements, including to attend interviews with
hiring managers.
Craft and propose offer packages.
Perform reference and background checks.
Gather necessary documentation for pre-onboarding.
Conduct new joiner onboarding.
Compile regular and ad hoc recruitment reports for the management and for
the region.
Participate in employer branding and career fairs.
Support the HR Office Administrator on ad hoc items from time to time
Other recruitment-related tasks as assigned and required from time to
time.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Hard Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment (high
volume) within a corporate environment AND/OR minimum 2 years of
experience in the recruitment agency with a track record of placements and
billings.
Experience in hiring number of employment types (permanent, direct
contractors, independent contractors, part timers, etc.) and
nationalities.
Understanding of the basic labour laws pertaining recruitment.
Experience in using multiple job posting channels and recruitment
agencies.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Soft Skills
Numbers/Result-oriented to achieve the necessary hiring target.
Resourceful, meticulous, and possess high level of integrity & discretion.
Self-driven personality as well as a team player.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented
mindset.
Language
Mandarin and English are prerequisite.
PREFERENCE/ADVANTAGE
Experience recruiting in the BPO business.
Prior exposure in handling regional recruitment needs within the Asia
region.
Prior exposure in communicating with stakeholders outside Malaysia and
Singapore
