Description
We are looking for someone to join our friendly team to cover reception
desk in the evenings 3:30pm - 23:30am Mon- Fri Ad Hoc on a short notice to
cover holidays and absence.
We offer 0 hour contract and require candidates to be flexible as they
would sometimes be required to work 6pm-1am shift on occasion.
We are a two minute walk from Liverpool Central.
Key Accountabilities:
A professional Front of House role, managing all aspects of a busy
reception area and monitoring front door access
Managing, distributing and collecting security cards.
Working with cleaners and maintenance/facilities contractors to ensure
clean and safe environment, maintaining log of items that require action
and following up to ensure things are fixed. Obtaining quotes for work as
appropriate
Managing meeting room booking requests
Oversee and assist with office security and Health and Safety including
Fire Warden and First Aid duties.
Keep Reception and communal areas clean and tidy at all times.
Assisting People Team with administrative duties.
Support with Time and Attendance and HR Systems
Measures of Performance:
On time delivery of tasks and meeting of agreed SLAs
All policies and procedures are applied
Positive feedback from colleagues and clients
Managing the reception area to best of ability

Strong customer service and people skills
Approachable and friendly at all times, professional under pressure

Excellent telephone manner
Flexible
A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs and a level of comfort
