Our Talent Acquisition team seats directly under the CEO. The main focus of the team is to understand how the business strategy will impact our hiring plan, and provide support to find and attract our new talents. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our recruitment team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing impactful recruitment projects to contribute to the candidate experience and to the satisfaction of hiring managers.

Role

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for recruitment projects.
  • Understand and deploy strong project methodology/process to ensure effectiveness and follow-up along all phases of projects
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reporting.
  • Provide regular project status updates to the Head of TA and any stakeholders
  • Propose new methodologies and KPIs to track new or ongoing projects related to the 2023 roadmap
  • Understand and embody Voodoo culture and expectations in term of project management

    • Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in recruitment or HR.
  • Experience as Project manager, Consultant or Talent Acquisition Manager (with project management track record)
  • Proven ability to lead impactful projects and implement processes.
  • Data-driven with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
