Project Manager II (VAL) - Esports

The Esports team is focused on delivering amazing fan experiences through our global events and regional competitions. Our professional and semi- professional competitive tiers in League of Legends, VALORANT and other Esports involve thousands of players and hundreds of organizations competing every week.

As Project Manager II supporting the Esports team you will focus on managing projects of various sizes across VALORANT Global Esports, and lead a number of cross-functional projects while working closely with numerous teams, including product, broadcast, events, marketing and regional leaders around the world. You will manage the planning of several cross-functional programs and projects with focus on setting, tracking and holding the relevant teams accountable towards reaching key milestones. Furthermore, you will facilitate various rituals from standups to larger department-wide gatherings. You will report to the Chief of Staff for the Esports Pillar.

Your solution-oriented mindset and forward-thinking will help you to remove obstacles during project execution. Serving as the air traffic controller for emergent work, you'll prioritize project increments across multiple complex problem domains. Your work will help to drive positive impact for players, fans and Riot across the esports ecosystem.
