The mobile gaming industry is competitive and certain roles require a great deal of technical expertise. Playtika is recruiting for a limited number of roles requiring unique skills and experience.

Playtika is seeking a Product Monetization Manager!

Responsibilities:
  • Shift from day-to-day tasks to long-term planning of roadmaps. Direct MM Managers on strategy-use of features you worked on
  • Lead the ideation, definition, and execution of in-game features in Taskforces
  • Understand the pain points and needs of Monetization managers and translate them into actions for the product owner, to get better- performing products
  • Define and prioritize requirements based on dynamic business needs.
  • Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, analysts, operators, and economy managers.
  • Track the performance of released features and help monetization managers optimize them in order to achieve perfect KPIs.
  • Manage complex projects as the focal point of the studio, lead meetings, present to management and own the execution stage.
  • Analyze the success of the feature once it's released to production, responsible for the usage data and patterns, and run tests to optimize & improve performance and business results
  • Analyze player behavior data to identify trends and patterns that can be used to segment our player base
  • Requirements:
  • Experience as a monetization manager, at least one year – Advantage
  • Full understanding of calendar management and planning, layers of content, player motivation and pressure points
  • Strong technical aptitude: Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems, with attention to detail.
  • Experience in making analytical, data-driven decisions
  • Excellent sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Great relationship-building skills, thrives in Taskforces and group projects
  • Ability to work on many projects simultaneously
  • Tableau, preferably Vertica knowledge- Big advantage
  • A problem solver - highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem
  • Strong English, written/ verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with developers/ product teams – plus
  • Personal gaming background - Advantage
