People Can Fly is looking for a Product Manager to deliver evolving web and
mobile experiences and systems that complement our games and connect with
millions of customers.
In this role, you will work with a wide range of internal and external teams
to deliver on our company's vision of our web services and front-end
interfaces for our game publishing projects. You will be the driving force
behind our web projects, marketing landing pages, community portals, and
mobile applications, acting as the bridge between the technical teams and the
business stakeholders. Whether it's through documentation, presentations, or
direct feedback, you will enable internal and external product teams to stay
focused on delivering the right solution at the right time.
Collaborate closely with Publishing Leads and other company key
stakeholders to define and prioritize features, scope and detail stories,
and build and manage the product backlog.
Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities for all web and
mobile projects in close collaboration with senior leadership and key
Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to
Oversee internal and external development teams to ensure that they are
delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the alignment of the
marketing landing pages and community portals with the overall business
Regularly review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing
systems and processes, developing strategies for improving or further
leveraging these systems.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, regularly sharing insights,
updates and key results.
Regularly conduct user research and usability studies to understand the
needs of our gaming communities.
Evaluate market competition and position the product line so it appeals to

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a
related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a product owner role for web and/or
mobile solutions, preferably within the gaming industry.
Experience working with engineering teams on large-scale consumer
Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is a plus.
Proven experience working with Agile methodologies.
Strong knowledge of web services and front-end interfaces.
Experience with product lifecycle management.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to
get the job done.
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
