About your mission
As a Player Support Agent , you will make the players' dreams come true.
They want customer service that is friendly, empathetic and reliable, no
matter what their issues are. If you've ever experienced some kind of a bug or
a trouble while playing a video game, you know how frustrating it can be. Your
daily quest as a Player Support Agent will be to help players when they
encounter similar problems - so that they are satisfied and can enjoy the game
as much as possible.
We're currently looking for eager and enthusiastic Player Support Agent with
Italian (with English fluency as well being highly-desirable), for a
night-shift based project to join us ASAP!
What will you be doing in this role? As a Player Support Agent:
You will be the hero of our gamers , solving their game-related issues
and answering their questions with compassion and expertise.
You will utilize your analytical and communication skills to
investigate, resolve gamers problems and respond to players inquiries
through a ticketing system, and contact them via email and chat ( no
phone calls required! ).
You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to
the game improvement - by sharing with the client's development teams the
feedback you receive from players!
Necessary skills and abilities:
C1-C2 mastery of the Italian language , especially in written
communication.
Confidence in using English on a day-to-day basis to interact smoothly
with other team members. No kidding, we are truly an international
company.
MS Office or Google Suite apps proficiency, so that you can deal with your
quests efficiently.
Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week which may include
weekend-days (Saturday and/or Sunday), as well as shifts
flexibility.

Previous experience in Customer Service can be an advantage, however the
full training will be provided.

After reviewing your candidacy, we invite you to our online language assessment (Italian and English) to better evaluate your written skills. Our language test will require typing, so we would encourage you to take it on a computer and make sure you have the keyboard in your language settings to facilitate its completion. Check your inbox to find the test invitation and keep your phone close!
If you successfully pass the test - we'll invite you for the online Interview on MSTeams with one of our recruiters. It's a perfect chance to exchange questions and get to know each other better. For some projects there might be a second interview with a Team Lead or an Operations Manager.
At the end of our journey - hopefully you will receive an offer and become our new Keywordian!
