Players want the best. They want customer service that is friendly, empathetic and reliable, no matter what their issues are. If you've ever experienced some kind of a bug or a trouble while playing a video game, you know how frustrating it can be. Your mission will be to assist the players and handle game-related questions to help them make the best of their gaming experience!

What will you be doing in this role?
  • Providing gamers with an excellent customer support experience, helping them with problems they run across while playing and answering their queries about games.
  • Using your investigation skills, respond to players' inquiries submitted through a ticketing system.
  • Supporting players through e-mail and / or chat. No phone calls, don't worry!
  • Collaborating with our internal teams with project-related requests. You'll have the chance to provide the client's development team with valuable feedback and insights from the players perspective to improve the game itself.
  • Our employees are often truly passionate and crazy about video games. Even if you are not that fascinated by gaming right now, there's still time to become an expert in the product you're supporting.
  • This position might be a good fit for you if:
  • You are fluent in German. C1-C2 German mastery would be the best, with an emphasis on written communication skills.
  • You feel comfortable using English on a daily basis. Keywords is an international and multilingual company, so English will be the everyday language for communication with your colleagues.
  • You are based in Poland (if not - check out our openings for freelancers).
  • You know your way around either MS Office or Google Suite apps.
  • You are available to work part-time on different shifts, 20 hours a week which may include weekend-days (Saturday and Sunday) with the future possibility of increasing the working hours up to 40 per week.
  • Nice-to-have, but not mandatory:
  • Previous experience in Customer Service (remote or on-site/retail) is a plus, but not essential, as full training is provided.
  • Passion for video games - that's definitely something that keeps us going far and beyond. If you enjoy some cozy & chill video games - this role could be perfect for you!
  • The steps of our recruitment process:
  • Online written language assessment (German and English) - you'll receive an invitation email on your inbox.
  • Interview via MSTeams with one of our recruiters (remote). For some projects there might be a second interview with a Team Lead or an Operations Manager.
  • Our recruitment process is fully online and remote. If you're interested in joining our team, we highly encourage you to apply.

That would be it from us - now we are waiting for your move! Your journey in the video games industry starts here.
