How do we ensure that great games sell? Games continue to increase in popularity and quality making visibility a key aspect of securing sales. Your role as a Partner Marketing Manager will be to align our exciting, critically acclaimed portfolio with the strategies and marketing opportunities of platform holders. The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for partner marketing, working closely with our partners, game teams, and partner managers. The main objective is to ensure Paradox Interactive's game portfolio's visibility on the different partner platforms. The key responsibilities include negotiation of external marketing campaigns, planning said campaigns and to ensure internal alignment across disciplines.

In this role you will work with all Paradox titles, live and upcoming, and with a variety of external partners. That means you are expected to have a wider perspective on our internal titles but also be up to date with the latest from the gaming industry. Having an understanding of different storefronts and an interest in gaming is advantageous.

Your mission…

You will be a champion for Paradox's game portfolio with external partners and be the liaison between internal teams and our partnership network. You'll be expected to know our release calendar backwards and forwards and inform partners of the latest developments. You'll take ownership of diverse marketing campaigns and experience the exhilarating highs of partner showcases and helping our OEM partners get the latest technologies into our games. You'll have your sights set on new opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of our portfolio. You will represent Paradox and partner needs and their deliverables in both internal and external workstreams, ensuring smooth sailing for all involved.

We expect you to be self motivated and driven to deliver maximum results and value for the organization. You'll be responsible for your own campaigns. You'll need to be a self starter who is ready to own your role to achieve our ambitious goals. Our structure allows you to influence high-level marketing decisions and see your ambitions materialize into executable and pragmatic goals.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience of account management and/or marketing

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or other relevant field

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Working within a similar role and a desire to work in the gaming industry

  • Passion for video games
