Summary

In this role you will be responsible for keeping the Roxor London office running efficiently. This role allows the wider business to focus on their individual tasks and ensures that each department or team has the resources to operate effectively. You will report to the Roxor General Manager, for some elements of business coordination but mainly office management administration and support. Duties will include but not be limited to:

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Office Facilities to ensure safe and secure working environment with particular attention to Health & Safety.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and landlord.
  • Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary services and maintenance including managing overall standards.
  • Responsible for purchasing and maintaining adequately stocked kitchens and office supplies, restock paper and printer consumables, and general upkeep of office equipment.
  • Establishing and maintaining office policies and procedures.
  • Provide dedicated coordination and organisational support to Roxor SLT members, managing diaries and/or tracking actions.
  • Create and maintain a range of internal documents including spreadsheets, frameworks amongst others.
  • Support the Roxor General Manager with administration tasks such as collating information and producing documents as required.
  • Support with the administration of procurement/ contracting, including tracking the approvals of documents and paperwork.
  • Maintaining security, welcoming guests, issuing access cards
  • Organise and coordinate staff travel requirements.
  • Provide a confidential and highly professional business support to the leadership team and its stakeholders.
  • What We're Looking For

    Experience & key skills

  • Strong organisational skills and high level of attention to detail, time management and goal orientation skills
  • Take ownership of day-to-day workload and projects while prioritising demands from others and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in English, other languages are a nice to have
  • At least 3 to 5 years' experience working as an Office Administrator; or comparable work experience
