Multimedia Specialist (Remote from Italy)

We're looking for an outstanding Multimedia Specialist to combine their experience and creativity to help build the future of Keywords Studios Internal Communication & Engagement.

This person will be focused on creating assets for Internal Communications, elevating Keywords Studios staff experience by focusing on both graphic design and video editing. The candidate will drive visual excellence through the connection of trend, design, and communications across multimedia products.

This role does not have direct reports and reports directly to the Global Communication Manager, while regularly partnering with the whole Global Communications & Engagement Department.

If this is you, you'll be partnering with the Internal Communications & Engagement team, with a spirit of Embracing an Open World.

You will use your skills to build original graphics and videos that accurately reflect the One Keywords ethos. Creating graphics and videos that are industry compelling, trend right, and consistently incorporate Keywords Studios values through powerful storytelling and emotional connectivity, following the core value of Trust Through Transparency.

From crafting graphic designs to finalizing videos, from working with more than 70 studios around the world and the Communications and Engagement team, the daily responsibilities of this role are wide ranging, challenging, and rewarding, a true Power of Partnership.

Requirements

Skills & Experience Required

The ideal candidate for this role has 4+ years of relevant design experience in graphic design & video design, corporate or a closely related industry involving content creation - or a master's degree and 2+ years of meaningful design experience.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.

- English fluent
