We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate to fill the role of Marketing Campaigns Manager within the Keywords Studios Global Marketing Team. The Team is a key driver for business growth and transformation and we strive to deliver world-class marketing at all times.

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, the role of the Marketing Campaigns Manager is to actively collaborate to define, execute and manage all Global Marketing Campaign activity at Keywords. Key stakeholders and campaign contributors range from the wider Marketing Team, Services and Studio Teams through to the Sales Teams, Internal Communications, Responsible Business and beyond. A primary objective is to drive awareness of the benefits we deliver for clients around the full game development cycle through our broad portfolio of leading services, talented teams and integrated network of studios.

Key areas of focus will include:

Active contribution to the overall marketing campaigns strategy

  • Research and understand in detail Keywords' platform capabilities, service offerings, technologies, studio network and related activity to contribute to the progression of the overarching marketing campaigns strategy in collaboration with the Global Marketing Director.
  • Understand the wider Marketing strategy and supporting programme in progress across the team from brand through to services, social media, events and PR. Liaise to ensure all related activity fully supports the campaigns strategy and continue to build on this with the team to help optimise success.
  • Liaise cross functionally to deliver marketing campaigns that support prioritised activities for the business including Responsible Business, Innovation, talent attraction and retention and beyond.
  • Definition and Management of the Global Marketing Campaigns Calendar

  • Work cross functionally with the Services Teams, Studio Teams, Sales Operations, Responsible Business, agency partners and wider marketing team to optimise and manage the Global Marketing Campaigns Calendar for Keywords.

  • Identify key thought leadership campaigns for development, to position Keywords as a true leader in the gaming and entertainment space.

  • Ensure all campaign and related activity is measurable, with defined and agreed KPIs and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Management of individual campaigns

  • Create detailed campaign briefs, identifying and liaising with the campaign team to define objectives, scope, related communications etc.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign activities including working with cross- functional and virtual teams to drive execution against objectives and timelines.
  • Participate in the development of campaign content creation, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and timeframes.
  • Hubspot Management

  • Manage all Hubspot related activity to execute related campaign activities including management of all direct email communications and performance measurement.
  • Fully leverage Hubspot capabilities to help optimise success across all related Marketing activity. a programme of continuous improvement to benefit from learnings from all campaign related activity and results.
  • KPIs, Performance measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyse, track, and report on campaign related activity, effectiveness across touchpoints and impact on business goals.
  • Drive a programme of continuous improvement to benefit from learnings from all campaign related activity and results.
  • Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years' experience in a B2B Marketing role supporting marketing campaign activity across multiple countries.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive services or product marketing campaign activity.

  • In-depth knowledge of developing effective product or services campaigns and related content with an understanding of the digital platforms utilised for optimising a successful rollout.
  • Proficient in Hubspot with experience in developing client communications to support a range of campaign activities.
  • Ability to effectively present at senior management and executive level.
  • Experience with performance measurement and related marketing tools.
  • Proven ability to manage product or services marketing initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple and remote teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to work within team deadlines.
  • Strong communication and team skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Open to some international business travel.

  • Ability to multitask and manage own workload in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrates a solid interest in learning about our service offerings and the value delivered across the game development cycle.
