Bungie is looking for a Marketing Art Lead in Publishing Creative Studios (CS) to lead our marketing art team. In collaboration with the Marketing Art Director, you will help set creative standards for our marketing and static compositing art assets across all franchises and ensure those standards are reflected in every asset we deliver. Collaborating closely with the CS Creative Directors, development Art Directors, Marketing Technology, Central Tech and your counterparts in Art, Design, Media, and Production; you'll empower a team of internal and external artists to create world-class art that effectively represents our games and elevates our marketing campaigns. You understand the power of trusted teams and work diligently to mentor, guide, and upgrade the craft of our artists to deliver their best work.
This role reports to the Marketing Art Director, Creative Studios.
Listed below is this role's base pay range. In other locations that Bungie has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10% and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly).
This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Additionally, it is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
