As a QA Discipline Manager joining Marathon, you will deeply invest in supporting and nurturing career growth and development through people management. You will support multiple reports across varying levels of QA expertise that are spread through different teams on the project. You will be responsible for fostering their growth through coaching, mentorship, feedback, and performance accountability.
In this role, you will also collaborate with other QA Discipline Managers to establish healthy management frameworks and best practices that meet business needs and support QA team members across all of Bungie's products. You will partner with QA Craft Leadership to provide training and learning avenues to your reports and the org. You will identify and resolve organizational health risks with senior QA leadership while focusing on developing and maintaining a healthy QA team.
In this role, you will also work with Discipline Managers outside QA to share learnings to improve and iterate on strategies that help us better achieve our people development strategies. You will work with these same leaders to tackle project wide initiatives that support our team members throughout development.

Bellevue Pay Range
$110,000—$136,000 USD
Bungie full-time (non-contract) employees in the U.S. also receive:
