Job Description
As our Learning and Development Project Manager working in the Global HR
team, your role is key to ensure we successfully carry out our HR strategy of
being the employer gamers value and chose, unlock people's potential and
strengthen our practices to focus on what matters most: our people.
What you will be working on?
You will be responsible for the definition, design, deployment and monitoring
skills development in line with the company's strategy and values.
Global Training Management
Build, implement and follow up global trainings whether as new initiatives
or by scaling up local training courses, with the most appropriate
learning method
Management
Compliance training
E-Learning courses (soft skills, expertise sharing)
Other training to identify
Ensure management of the training budget
Measure training efficiency and impact (reporting and KPI) and make
recommendations for improvement
Support local HRs on following up their training plan and budget
Promote the training strategy and opportunities to HR and employees
(catalog, newsletter, etc.) to enhance Gameloft's learning experience.
Global Learning Tools
Improve and administrate our in-house LMS Ilearn with the support of the
technical team based in Vietnam
Manage other learning tools (Articulate, Pitchy, Linkedin Learning)
HR talent development
Identify and implement different and disruptive skills development
initiatives
Work closely with the Talent Development Manager to promote and facilitate
the adoption of new HR processes and practices (mentorship, feedback
culture, talent review, etc.)
Help promote the Talent Development stream's missions
