Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Generation Professional with a focus on the Asian market
to facilitate our business expansion efforts. As a key contributor, you will
be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential leads, nurturing
relationships, and supporting our sales and marketing strategies.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or data-driven
activities within commercial B2B sales and marketing teams
In-depth understanding and expertise in lead generation principles,
including research, evaluation, segmentation, scoring, qualification, and
data quality
Proficiency in data analysis and broader market research
Strong command of MS Excel, utilizing research and data to align leads
with target profiles; experience with Pivot tables is preferred
Solid knowledge of digital, social, and content marketing techniques and
concepts
Familiarity with CRM systems is essential
Track record of collaborating effectively with client-facing Sales teams
Demonstrated contribution to multi-channel marketing lead generation
initiatives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Dynamic personality with the motivation to identify, research, and
prospect decision-makers
Experience working within a flexible team environment within an
international organization

Responsibilities:
Execute lead generation strategies tailored to the Asian market
Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and decision-makers
Qualify and score leads based on predefined criteria
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support lead handoff and nurturing
processes
Contribute to data-driven insights to refine lead generation approaches
Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing
initiatives
Leverage CRM systems to manage and track lead interactions
Maintain data quality and accuracy in lead databases
