Position Overview: We are seeking a Lead Generation Professional with a focus on the Asian market to facilitate our business expansion efforts. As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting our sales and marketing strategies.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or data-driven activities within commercial B2B sales and marketing teams
  • In-depth understanding and expertise in lead generation principles, including research, evaluation, segmentation, scoring, qualification, and data quality
  • Proficiency in data analysis and broader market research
  • Strong command of MS Excel, utilizing research and data to align leads with target profiles; experience with Pivot tables is preferred
  • Solid knowledge of digital, social, and content marketing techniques and concepts
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is essential
  • Track record of collaborating effectively with client-facing Sales teams
  • Demonstrated contribution to multi-channel marketing lead generation initiatives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Dynamic personality with the motivation to identify, research, and prospect decision-makers
  • Experience working within a flexible team environment within an international organization
