Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is
our new project being developed with Square Enix; Maverick is a Triple-A game
developed in collaboration with Microsoft Corporation; Bifrost, Victoria and
Dagger are projects we're growing in the self-publishing model. We also have
one project in the concept phase – Red; as well as two projects in VR
technology – Green Hell VR and Bulletstorm VR - an exciting VR version of our

Job Description

travail efficaces.
Effectuer régulièrement des examens des codes et conduire l'équipe de
programmation vers l'excellence.
Mentorer, gérer et diriger le service de programmation en jouabilité.
Fournir une rétroaction au quotidien et résoudre les problèmes de manière
créative.
Travailler avec l'équipe de production pour planifier le développement et
attribuer les tâches à l'équipe de programmeurs selon le calendrier
établi.
Conceptualiser les éléments jouables et superviser l'exécution et la mise
en œuvre de ces éléments dans le jeu.
Établir et documenter les meilleures pratiques en matière de scriptage et
de mise en œuvre de fonctionnalités.
Développer et maintenir l'architecture de système nécessaire pour
permettre aux autres programmeurs de mettre en œuvre des fonctionnalités
dans le jeu.
Tester, corriger les bogues, profiler et optimiser la mise en œuvre des
éléments.
Superviser la création de documentation par les membres de l'équipe.
Effectuer régulièrement l'évaluation du rendement des employés.
Mener des initiatives de recrutement en collaboration avec les ressources
humaines.
Assurer l'intégration des nouveaux employés.

To manage talents of Gameplay Programmers team to achieve best possible
result for the project and personal growth of team members
To set the vision and goals of the entire gameplay features.
To enhance and maintain the Gameplay part of PCF Framework (built on
Unreal Engine 4)
Provide mentorship, direction and best in class engineering principles to
ensure quality results and efficient working practices
Conduct regular code reviews and manage the coding team to excellence
Mentoring, managing and leading the Gameplay programming department
Provide day-to-day feedback and creatively solve problems
Work with production team to plan development and provide tasks assignment
to programmers team schedule
Setting the vision and goals of the entire gameplay features.
Conceptualize playable elements and oversee the execution and
implementation of those elements into game
Establish and document best practices for scripting and feature
implementations
Develop and maintain the systems architecture necessary for other
developers to implement features in the game
Test, debug, profile and optimize implementations
Supervision of documentation created by the team members
Conduct consistent performance reviews of staff members
Conduct recruitment projects with HR collaboration
Conduct onboarding to new hires
Qualifications
At least 7+ years of experience in the production of games for consoles
and PC
At least one shipped AAA project from start to finish as Lead Gameplay
Programmer
Excellent knowledge of Unreal Engine 4
Excellent skills in C/C++
Strong math skills
Strong familiarity with AI, physics, animation and gameplay code in
general
Ability to diagnose problems and make quick and accurate decisions
Ability to write efficient and maintainable code
Experience with profiling and optimizations
Experience working on consoles such as PS4 and Xbox One
Experience with commonly used development tools such as Jira and Perforce
Ability to work well in a fluid, changing environment as creative
challenges evolve
A keen sense of what makes gameplay systems fun
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication and team attitude working with game developers
from all disciplines
High work ethic and self-motivated
Passion for games
Desired Qualifications
Experience with UE4 engine development
Experience working on multiplayer games
