About the role:
We are looking for a lead game designer to bring their creativity and
experience to one of the most iconic brands in gaming, in a multiplayer
competitive environment.
If you're an experienced design leader who is passionate about delivering new
features and exciting gameplay to a large player base, this could be the
opportunity you're looking for!
The Quest:
Lead the design team working on a well-known IP
Oversee the design and development of action gameplay, meta systems and
content
Collaborate closely with production, art, and programming teams to
maximize efficiency and quality
Work with key stakeholders to define the design vision and deliver on
project goals
Use player feedback and metrics to make decisions and refine your team's
work
Manage your team members' performance and training to help them excel
Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects
The Skills:
7+ years of experience as a game designer, or equivalent background
Professional experience as a team lead with excellent management soft
skills
Expert knowledge of multiplayer game design fundamentals
Practical experience working on live games serving large player
communities
Strong understanding of game metrics
Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual
communication skills
Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
