Riot's People team exists to help Riot make better decisions around its talent. The Learning & Development Program Manager will report to the L&D Manager and will be a partner and collaborator to other members on the broader L&D team. The L&D professional II will play an important role in the development and implementation of our learning programs at Riot and partner closely with the broader people team, Legal and Rioter relations teams. As a Learning & Development Professional II, the role will ensure and high quality delivery of desired learning outcomes across multiple major programs (e.g.Compliance, Anti-Harassment, Crucial Conversations, DiSC, etc.). You will partner with program managers, HRBP's, and partners in the business to translate Riot needs into pragmatic learning solutions that achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and support the team on a variety of programs and work independently in developing learning strategies and solutions to support Riot-wide talent enablement
  • Plan and implement L&D Programs including: Crucial Conversations, DiSC, Education Reimbursement, Anti-Harassment & Anti-Bias Training, and Compliance
  • Collect and analyze feedback and provide recommendations to improve learner experiences
  • Collaborate with regional partners to ensure availability and resource sharing.
  • Manage vendor relationships for for core learning programs
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years experience with consulting with Manager, Leaders, and partners, knowledge of how to develop learning strategies, facilitation and design experiences for Senior leaders and managers
  • Presentation skills to engage participants
  • Proven ability to Facilitate learning, consult, and with Managers, Senior leaders, and Executives
  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role at a fast-growing tech company or other similar company
  • MBA, or Education Graduate Degree
  • Experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (Workday)

  • (Los Angeles Only) Base salary range between $99,500.00 - $140,100.00 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
