Junior Marketing DesignerSummary
We're looking for a talented, passionate and skilled Junior Marketing Designer to join our team. The artist will be responsible for conceptualize and create the visual for campaigns, from the perfect image to vibrant badges and logos, ensuring the good use of visual language and game brand, and in collaboration with marketing, A/B testing concepts and data analysis for data driven creative approaches and improvements for existent assets. The artist will work with a team of experienced and talented artists, developers, product managers and marketing managers to deliver immersive and engaging experience to our players. You will design for a selection of platforms including Facebook, iOS, Amazon and Android. You will be expected to deliver high quality, engaging and impactful marketing art at a fast pace, live environment while constantly managing priorities for extremely time sensitive projects.What You'll Do
Day to Day tasks: Graphic design takes 90% of our time ● Contribute to the portfolio of visual campaigns for one of our top apps, solving problems visually with great design hierarchy and principles ● Actively participate in our daily feedback sessions, as well as our weekly Show 'n' Tell ● Collaborate with the GameOps team closely to understand tasks optimally ● Become a champion of the app's brandingWhat We're Looking For
Demonstrably exceptional portfolio with at least medium-level graphic design fundamentals.
Practical experience in the design of online and/or mobile media.
Efficiently and professionally execute deliveries to pressing deadlines.
Basic to medium skill on logo work.
Great eye for layout and typography.
Proficient at Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
Able to receive and implement feedback from several stakeholders.
Team player with strong social and communication skills.
Professional level English.
Experience in marketing studios preferred
Understanding of Game Design and Game Mechanics advantageous.
