As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to other employees. This will include assisting with hardware and software issues and troubleshooting technical problems both on- site and remotely. You will ensure a smooth onboarding & offboarding process by ordering and installing hardware, as well as purchasing, assigning, and installing software and other services. You will also be responsible for ensuring that conference rooms and other office IT equipment are fully functional to ensure smooth operations at Paradox.
Our IT environment consists of an array of different types of products and services, as it is important that we support different types of platforms and hardware for the developers and players.
You'll work together with the rest of our IT team on projects to make sure our infrastructure scales to meet the demands of the organization and is keeping up to date with the industry. You'll help to continuously make our IT environment stable, secure, and modern for our publishers and developers.

The skills we're looking for…
Windows, Mac and Linux knowledge
FreshService, JIRA or other type of ticketing system
Hardware installation and troubleshooting knowledge
Google Workspace administration
Microsoft Azure AD administration
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
As you will be part of a support function it will help you greatly to be service-minded and have a genuine interest in helping others. An inquisitive nature and eagerness to learn will also help you grow in the role. There are many memes about working in IT, but only some that are true.
