Bungie is looking for a talented IT Support Lead. You will be assisting in the management of the IT support team working on our world class games. Bungie's IT support team is a growing group whose day-to day duties and challenges are varied, from supporting creative staff with high end applications to maintaining server and technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a proven leadership skills, and a hunger for expanding their technical breadth. We often tread the razor's edge on new technology adoption, so adaptability and a strong desire to research, investigate and find unique solutions is a must.


  • Works with department manager to ensure SLA standards are met through KPIs
  • Participates in phone screens and hiring loops, providing input on hiring decisions
  • Assists department leads or manager with goal setting
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to ensure reports are improving within their role
  • Provides business continuity when ITS manager is unavailable
  • Partners with Support Coordinators to ensure high quality service delivery
  • Represents the department during internal and cross-team meetings
  • Reviews initial drafts of technical documentation and provides feedback
  • Provides guidance on prioritization of work for direct reports
  • Conducts performance reviews for direct reports and provides input to department manager on employee performance
  • Manages scheduling and time card management for direct reports
  • Regularly monitors employee morale and raises concerns to senior management
  • Provides technical mentorship and guidance for department team members
  • Assists in and staffs IT project tasks
  • Acts as first point of escalation to ITS on technical issues and emergent work
  • Delivers support for studio systems and applications

  • Strong project management skills: Building and maintaining work backlogs; tracking, scheduling, and driving projects to completion
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to deliver presentations and team-wide communications
  • Demonstrable experience fostering teamwork and building high functioning teams
  • Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision making to achieve team objectives; with an ability to problem solve and facilitate solutions with limited direction
  • Experience mentoring team members
  • Strong Customer Service Experience and Attitude
  • Proven experience in rapidly learning new methods and processes and adapting them to both routine and critical business needs
  • Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to drive high- value meetings through challenging discussions and build clear action items and accountability
  • Possessing a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Proven ability to understand, simplify, and solve any problems in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Stays current with emerging technology trends

  • Experience with Jira, or other similar project management tools
  • Experience in IT leadership
  • Bachelor in Computer Science or Engineering or Similar
  • Experience with agile/scrum development processes and tools
  • Listed below is this role's base pay range. In other locations that Bungie has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10% and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly).

    This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Additionally, it is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

    Bellevue Pay Range

    $84,000—$101,000 USD

    Bungie full-time (non-contract) employees in the U.S. also receive:

  • 20 days of accrued time-off in the form of PTO and sabbatical days, depending on the level of the position
  • 10 paid Floating Days annually, prorated in the first year of employment based on start date
  • 10 paid Bungie-observed holidays annually
  • One hour of Paid Sick Time (PST) for every 30 hours worked
  • Contract and International FTE employees receive competitive benefits through their relevant contracting agency.
