Are you a master communicator with level 20 in Diplomacy? Are you a goal- oriented, service-minded, tech-obsessed team player who thrives both in structured guilds and solo quests? Then we want you to join our team as an IT Service Manager!

Your Mission

As our IT Service Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all IT-related tasks that require coordination and problem-solving skills beyond the IT Support team's capacity. You'll be the bridge between the IT Support team and the IT Operations team, and you'll work to establish strong relationships with key players from other teams. Using your technical wizardry to ensure that our services are aligned with the needs of the realm.

You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the service catalog and service processes, as well as implementing new IT solutions and processes where you see the need.

You'll be identifying ways to enhance IT's role, including pinpointing areas for improvement and taking action to implement positive changes. You'll also improve IT services by analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on service performance metrics.

The skills we're searching for..

  • Broad IT Support background

  • Documentation skills

  • Project management/participation experience

  • Ticket system experience (i.e Freshservice, Jira, Servicenow)

  • ITIL framework or similar experience

  • You focus on the main story but also want 100% completion on side quests. You know that communication is key when playing in teams and you are great at it, both verbally and in writing.

    You are not afraid to ask questions and seek out answers by contacting people for collaboration and alignment. You are thorough and enjoy creating structure from chaos. You are passionate about moving projects forward by both proactively solving problems and being able to think on the fly.
