We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to act as the
liaison between our Information Security & Privacy team and our Create service
line. This service line provides Game Development, 2D, 3D, Art Production,
Animation and Visual Effects to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a
background in technology related to the Create service line, with knowledge of
security and privacy best practices. Alternatively, the candidate may have
experience in information security with a willingness to learn about the
Create service line. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in
ensuring the security and privacy of Keywords Studios' clients' sensitive
information.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Create service line team in
matters of information security and privacy.
Collaborate with the Create service line team to ensure that security and
privacy requirements are met.
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on information security best
practices to the Create service line.
Act as the main point of contact for all security and privacy related
matters for the Create service line.
Identify and mitigate security risks in the Create service line.
Collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure that all security
policies, procedures and processes are followed.
Keep up to date with the latest security trends and best practices in the
industry.
Participate in security incidents and investigations as needed.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Information Security and Privacy OR experience
in the technology related to the Create service line and a willingness to
learn about information security and privacy.
Strong understanding of information security and privacy (if focusing on
information security and privacy).
Familiarity with the services offered within the Create service line (if
focusing on Create services).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Desired:
Strong professionalism and ethics, ability to deal with sensitive
information and interact with the senior executive level are essential.
Experience in highly dynamic and fast-paced environments and industries
such as gaming, media or entertainment a plus.
Experience in a technical services or software development environment is
a plus.
Experience with vendor and client management.
Ability to prioritize and multitask well under pressure.
