Job Description
Gameloft Barcelona is hiring an HR Generalist to join the team.
Responsibilities :
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. You will be
responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR functions of our company,
including but not limited to, employee relations, benefits administration,
compliance, health & safety, training and HRIS management. The ideal candidate
will have a previous background in HR and be able to work in a fast-paced
environment.
From the beginning of your journey with us you will:
Undertake full range of generalist HR activities providing support to
different areas: personnel administration, compensation & benefits,
training, health & safety…
Performing HR administration in line with our policies and guidelines.
Employee master data management / maintenance of all staff files,
including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and
audits for accuracy and compliance.
Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees in
various HR-related topics such as absence and health issues, benefits, HR
policies, and all other employee- relations matters and resolve any issues
that may arise.
Support Health & Safety area.
Able to consistently communicate and collaborate with members of the HR
team and third parties.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and
ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Manage and organize training courses: preparation, communication with
suppliers and employees, ensure the fulfillment of the FTFE requirements,
etc.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks
and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Qualifications
University degree, preferred in Labor Relations or equivalent.
At least 2 years of overall experience in HR Personnel Administration
roles within a multinational company or consultancy firm.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of Spanish employment/labor law.
Excellent English and Spanish knowledge; able to express oneself
comfortably and spontaneously in writing and speaking in both languages.
Catalan knowledge will be a plus.
Used to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Resourceful mindset and problem-solving attitude.
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and previous
experience with Workday HRIS preferred.
And above all, motivation and a passion for video games!
