DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports Global and Studio HR leaders with administration of HRIS business processes while ensuring that data captured stays accurate and up to date.
  • Support the Senior HR Manager to generate the reports and dashboards as required.
  • Cleanse the HR Data from multiple sources and verify the data integrity for analysis.
  • Participate in the process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in conducting regular quality check and Root cause analysis.
  • Will work cross functionally with HR Leaders and the business leadership in analyzing data, solving problems, document workflows and procedures to ensure the HRIS system run smoothly and consistently globally.
  • Assist to design & develop the customized HR reports using PowerBI Tool.
  • Manages the creation, testing and validation of new analytics and supports reporting needs driven by compliance and regulation.
  • Conducts regular Quality Control activities to assure accurate performance of HRIS and other HR platforms and processes
  • Supports and/or lead special projects as directed. Provides ad-hoc support for critical Global HR Operations projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Requirements

    TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Knowledgeable in handling HRIS data and transactions.
  • Knowledgeable in using Power BI Tool.
  • Mastery in MS Office, reporting tools/platforms and competency in business management and presentation tool.
  • Knowledge with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics.
  • Project management skill; can lead intermediate to high level HR Analytics-related project.
  • BEHAVIORAL SKILLS

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Good communication skills; English proficient (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in Netsuite and/or Workday is preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant data analytics experience
