About the role:

We are looking for Senior Producers who will be confident with large team development and executing on both the external publisher's and internal directors' vision.

Requirements

  • Game development experience in a senior producer role or equivalent on console projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have experienced a full project cycle on an AAA console game.
  • Solid understanding of game development and video game technologies, with experience in all phases of development.
  • Excellent leadership skills that empower talents and drives action to deliver success.
  • Established communication, people, interview, presentation, organisational and documentation skills.
  • Experience with agile development processes, specifically Scrum, including having been accredited as a Scrum Master.
  • Highly skilled in the use of Excel, Jira and other project management tools.
  • Nice to have:

  • Experience working with external teams and publishers, or outsourcing vendors
  • Experience working on character action games
