We are in search for a highly skilled and experienced Game QA Manager at our brand new Sao Paulo office. As a Game QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes for our computer games. This will involve managing a team of QA testers, developing test plans and strategies, conducting comprehensive bug tracking and reporting, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality games. You will also collaborate with cross- functional teams, such as developers and designers, to identify and address any quality issues.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of QA testers, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  • Develop and implement effective test plans, strategies, and methodologies
  • Conduct functional, compatibility, and performance testing for computer games
  • Identify and prioritize bugs and issues, and communicate them to the relevant teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high- quality games
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for QA processes
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement necessary changes
    • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience as a Game QA Manager or Lead
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with bug tracking and reporting systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality games
  • Familiarity with computer game development processes and technologies
