Joining Jamble now offers a unique opportunity. As part of our close-knit team, you'll be one of the first 5 employees to join alongside the founders. You'll take on meaningful responsibilities and play a key role in our next stages of growth.

As a Founders Associate at Jamble, you will work directly with the founding team, gaining unparalleled exposure to the inner workings of a fast-growing startup. Your role will be dynamic, with responsibilities spanning across various functions and including:

Role

  • Strategic Support : Assist the founders in strategic decision-making, conducting research, and preparing reports to inform business strategies.
  • Project Management : Take ownership of key projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with different departments to understand their challenges and contribute to solving complex problems.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing Jamble in a professional manner.
  • Operational Support : Assist in various operational tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the business.

  • Education : Recent graduate from a top business school or university.
  • Proactive and Adaptable : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions.
