About the Role:

Twitch is hiring a contract Executive Business Partner to support two to three leaders in the Amazon IVS organization. We are seeking someone who is tech savvy, proactive, forward thinking, and experienced at quickly onboarding in a fast growing organization.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Executive Business Partners - Amazon IVS and work with the IVS Executive Support team in supporting the organization and your executives. You will manage your executive's complex calendars, domestic and international travel arrangements, and expenses. You will partner with the IVS Executive Support team on projects, events, and vacation coverage. You have 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple executives. You will be part of a dynamic EBP team that requires high organization and responsiveness. You are eager to take on a position that extends beyond traditional administrative responsibilities to involve project management and operational coordination.

This position can be located in Seattle, WA or Salt Lake City, UT.

You Will:
  • Manage complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings/events across multiple time zones while being able to anticipate conflicts and solve scheduling issues
  • Manage attendees, agenda, and logistics of recurring meetings
  • Facilitate communication with all levels of management across Twitch and Amazon
  • Constantly seek areas for improvement while driving implementation of solutions within department
  • Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned
  • You Have
  • Experience creatively adapting on the go
  • Experience partnering with several teams and promoting team building and community
  • Experience balancing several important tasks and complex requests
  • Proficiency in Slack, Google Apps, Microsoft Outlook, and travel and expense tools
  • Previous experience in a scaling and distributed organization.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $35.00 /hour in our lowest geographic market up to $42.00/hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
