Schedule appointments and manage calendar, including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements Manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail Prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and other financial reports Act as liaison between the leadership and other functional heads, as well as external stakeholders Handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information with discretion Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other events Assisting in establishing best practice standards by partnering & thru cross team collaborations to achieve consistent high performance standards and effectiveness

What You'll Do
  • 2-6 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit documents
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Experience in banking or financial industry is a plus
